2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons honey
2 cups rolled oats (6.35 oz. / 180 gr.)
1. In a small bowl mix well honey and vegetable oil.
2. In a big bowl add the oats. Pour the honey mixture and mix until all the oats are lightly coated with honey.
3. Pour the granola in a 12x9 in. pan and spread it in an even layer. Bake at 300°F / 140°C for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let the granola cool completely before storing in a airtight container. Keep at room temperature for 3 weeks.
